ÀÌ °æÇâÀº À¯Áö½Ã°£ÀÌ ±æ°ÔµÇ¸é ´õ¿í Ä¿Áö¹Ç·Î ƯÈ÷ ÁÖÀÇÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù. ¿À½ºÅ׳ªÀÌÆ®°è ½ºÅ×Àθ®½º°­Àº Æä¶óÀÌÆ®°è ½ºÅ×Àθ®½º°­°ú °°ÀÌ º¯ÅÂÁ¡À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ °áÁ¤¸³ÀÇ Á¶ÀýÀÌ µÇÁö ¾Ê°í ³Ã°£ °¡°ø¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ °¡°ø °æÈ­¿¡ ÀÇÇØ¼­¸¸ °áÁ¤¸³ÀÇ ¹Ì¼¼È­°¡ µÇ±â ¶§¹®¿¡ ÀûÀýÇÑ °¡¿­¿Âµµ¸¦ ¼±ÅÃÇÒ Çʿ䰡 ÀÖ´Ù. ¾Æ·¡Ç¥´Â ´ëÇ¥Àû °­Á¾¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °í¿ëÈ­ ¿­Ã³¸® Á¶°Ç(°¡¿­¿Âµµ ¹× À¯Áö½Ã°£)°ú °áÁ¤¸³µµÀÇ °ü°èÀÌ´Ù.

   
  1) OUTLINE
 

Solution treatment is the basic heat treatment of 18-8 sus. It removes the internal stressoccurred by cold working or welding. It also recrystallizes working treatment so that it contributes to recover the tenderness in the soft condition. It also increases anti-corrosion by solidifying Cr-arbide or ¥ò-phase precipitated by hot working and welding. Though heating temperature is a little bit different depending on the kind of steel, around 1050¡É is proper for the standard 18-8 sus. Generally the amount of carbon in Austenite sus is limited as 0.15%. So if the Austenite sus is quickly cooled at the temperature of 1000~1150¡É, we can get the Austenite structure that carbide can be hardly precipitated. Therefore the higher temperature is, carbide can be solidification or diffused well so that becomes tender. However if the temperature is too high, grain can be expended so that oxidation scale happens apparently and the surface condition tends to be bad. We especially pay an attention that this tendency happens more obviously as the holding time is getting longer. It is impossible for Austenite sus to control the size of grain by using the point of transformation like ferrite sus. Therefore we need to choose proper temperature to get the result of grain refinement made by work hardening through cold working. Figure below shows the condition of solidification heat treatment (Heating temperature and holding time) and the relation with the size of grain depending on the kind of steel.
